Items must fit into a Letter Pack Plus envelope and not exceed 4kg in weight.
If you order multiple items, we can combine them as long as they fit in the designated envelope. If they do not fit in the Letter Pack, we will contact you by email. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Overseas shipping *EMS (Express Mail Service)
All orders are shipped via EMS.
- For international orders, shipping and handling costs are 5,500 yen.

・If you use convenience store payment, your order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 72 hours of receiving the order.
・The payment deadline may differ from the information on the KOMOJU screen. As mentioned above, please note that the deadline is 72 hours from the time of order.
・Shipping procedures will begin after we confirm your payment status. If you have specified a desired delivery date, please make your payment as soon as possible.
