Leatherwork by HABU, a Hokkaido resident. He began aspiring to become a leather craftsman in his early twenties. At the same time, he continues to travel, experiencing farming in various parts of Japan. His concept is to create products that will last a long time, with simple designs that blend seamlessly into everyday life and ease of use. His Italian-trained hands then bring these concepts to life. As if his workshop were set up in the middle of nature, his work is imbued with inspiration from nature. Pieces that are completed without a sewing machine and coin cases without even a single stitch are well worth seeing. His experiences traveling both domestically and internationally are also incorporated into his designs, and his one-of-a-kind pieces, unrelated to trends, have come to truly express HABU's personality. True to his name, Natural Hands, he creates leather products every day that are down to earth.
