Nationwide flat rate of 600 yen (tax included)
Items must fit into a Letter Pack Plus envelope and not exceed 4kg in weight.
If you order multiple items, we can combine them as long as they fit in the designated envelope. If they do not fit in the Letter Pack, we will contact you by email. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Overseas shipping *EMS (Express Mail Service)
All orders are shipped via EMS.
- For international orders, shipping and handling costs are 5,500 yen.
・No returns
・Shipping costs are normally 5,500 yen, but additional shipping charges may apply depending on the weight of the items ordered.

Convenience store payment

Handling fee: Customers will be charged 190 yen .
・For convenience store payments, we use the "KOMOJU Convenience Store Prepayment Service" provided by DEGICA Co., Ltd. After placing your order, KOMOJU will provide you with a payment number.
・If you use convenience store payment, your order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 72 hours of receiving the order.
・The payment deadline may differ from the information on the KOMOJU screen. As mentioned above, please note that the deadline is 72 hours from the time of order.
・Shipping procedures will begin after we confirm your payment status. If you have specified a desired delivery date, please make your payment as soon as possible.
Pay later (Payday)
・Payday is a payment service that allows you to pay later even if you don't have a credit card. You receive a verification code via your email address and phone number to complete the payment.
Returns Policy
defective product
After you return the item with postage prepaid, we will exchange it for a good product or refund the purchase price (including shipping) via bank transfer or other means.
Return period
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and we will deal with the issue promptly.
