Letter Pack Plus *Free shipping not applicable

Nationwide flat rate 520 yen (tax included)
Items must fit in a special envelope for "Letter Pack Plus" and must not exceed 4 kg in weight.
Even if you order multiple items, items that fit in the special envelope can be shipped together. If your item does not fit into Letter Pack, we will contact you via email. If you are unsure, please contact our store.

Overseas delivery *EMS (International Express Mail)

All orders will be shipped by EMS.
- For orders from overseas, shipping and handling charges will be 5,500 yen.

・If you use convenience store payment, if payment is not received within 72 hours from the time the order is accepted, the order will be automatically canceled.
・Payment deadlines may differ from those shown on KOMOJU's information screen. As mentioned above, please note that the deadline is 72 hours from the time you place your order.
・After confirming the payment status, the shipping procedure will begin. If you have specified a desired pick-up date, please pay early.

Pay later

・Paydee is a payment service that allows you to pay later even if you do not have a credit card. Receive a verification code using your email address and phone number to complete the payment.

FAQ

The number required for convenience store payment will be displayed on the screen when you complete your order . (It may be useful to take a screenshot or keep a copy of the screen.)
Additionally, KOMOJU will automatically send you an email containing the number required for payment.
(*Emails regarding payments will be sent from "no-reply@komoju.com". Please check your email reception settings etc. in advance.)

Please note that if you do not keep a copy of your payment number when completing your order, or if you are unable to receive emails from KOMOJU due to domain settings, etc., you will not be able to confirm your payment number.

If you do not know your payment number or would like to reconfirm it, please contact us using the inquiry form on this website with the name and other information you entered when placing your order.

Due to the nature of mail-order sales, we cannot guarantee inventory once you add an item to your cart. Inventory will be secured once the order process is completed and the order is confirmed. If your order is confirmed (payment confirmed) by 12:00 on a business day, it will be shipped on the same day at the earliest.
