Items must fit in a special envelope for "Letter Pack Plus" and must not exceed 4 kg in weight.

All orders will be shipped by EMS.

About returns
defective product
After the item is returned to us, shipping charges will be paid on delivery, we will exchange it for a non-defective item or refund the price (including shipping fee) by bank transfer, etc.
